Top Ten Tuesday: Most Unique Books I’ve Read

Here we go, week two of Top Ten Tuesday, and with the topic now fully book-related, I’m already sensing that this will become a much harder challenge than I originally thought. There is just no way I could think of ten books to fill up a category each week. As proven by the fact that for this week’s theme, I manage to think of five unique books I’ve read – which isn’t a good start to my Top Ten Tuesdays but at least it leaves me a lot of room to grow!

Histology of 2016: Part 3

It is time for the most important lists of 2016, the two lists that matter the most: the list of best books and best movies I read and saw last year! And though it’s always hard to put things in a certain perspective, it’s even harder to put them in an order, but I’ve done this for many years and I think I’ve got it! So despite my fears and the slow burning panic that started somewhere in the middle of November, these lists took me less time than I had planned.. which is not to say that they didn’t take more than an hour, because they did but it was all for a good cause!

April Reading Wrap Up

april reading wrap upApril was a great month for many reasons and reading 10 books this month was definitely one of the high lights. But before you think I’m insane, and read instead of sleeping, no worries, some of these books are quick reads, and one in particular is a little one. And besides, now I’m finally so on top of my reading challenge (currently 50% completed) that I’m willing to pick up a massive book from my TBR pile in May!
