Thursday Movie Picks Television Edition: High School

This is probably my favourite theme among this year’s television picks because I have so many shows to choose from! I’m literally wondering how many I can fit into this category and I guess the number could be huge – but I’m keeping a few for other themes because girl plans ahead! Therefore, this list has only five picks for this week but I swear, there’s something for everyone here with the theme being so god damn juicy! PS: Happy new school year to all the students and teachers out there, stay strong and educate on!

Top Ten Tuesday: Fandoms From My Past

Ever since I’ve been following Maria over at Big City Bookworm, I’ve been amazed at her skill to participate in multiple tag posts a week. I mean, I can hardly keep track of one (Thursday Movie Picks) let alone two/three per week! Anyway, Maria is awesome, which is one of the points I wanted to make, the other is that ever since I started reading her Top 10 Tuesdays, weekly tag created by The Broke and the Bookish, I’ve wanted to participate but I never really jumped for it… until today! Who knows if I’ll post for Top 10 Tuesday every week but I’ll try my best, especially since I’m clearly not writing any reviews lately.

Kill-off: the extreme trend of spring 2014

The sun is shining, birds are chirping, flowers are blooming, people are wearing light jackets and sunglasses: all clear signs of the fact that spring is finally here. And whilst I could be enjoying all of that outside, I’m at home being frustrated at the TV because it keeps making me emotional! So instead of getting the pleasure of welcoming spring into my life, I get to be emotionally unstable instead.

February Favorites

Starting my monthly favorites post with the sentence “I can’t believe this month is over” seems such a cliché but it is the only way I can express my feelings today. This was THE month for me, I turned 25 and I have kept a great schedule with posting, gone to the movies, worked a lot and been overall busy. The pressure of school is still upon me, now higher than ever but I don’t want to think about it at the moment, this is the post to revisit the things I loved this month!

Commercial Break #3

Quite a lot has happened since I posted my last Commercial Break and most of it isn’t really worth the mention. Then there are the things that deserve to be written about after a 10 hours shift at work in the middle of the night because one just can’t hold it in any longer. That one being me of course. But before I get to that ridiculously overwhelming fangirl mode, I just wanted to thank all my new followers who have decided to press that follow botton over these past few months.
