The beginning of August was definitely where I excelled this month. Then my vacation started, and I picked up a horrible book that put me in a slump… I’m still trying to recover from that one, which is why I’m afraid September is going to be the shortest wrap up this year. Maybe the fear of that will keep me reading… But enough about that, here are the seven books I read in August!

Reading Wrap Up: July
July was quite a slow month for me but in a way, it was still a pretty decent reading month because I finished 4 books, and one of them was quite the challenge.
April Reading Wrap Up
April was a great month for many reasons and reading 10 books this month was definitely one of the high lights. But before you think I’m insane, and read instead of sleeping, no worries, some of these books are quick reads, and one in particular is a little one. And besides, now I’m finally so on top of my reading challenge (currently 50% completed) that I’m willing to pick up a massive book from my TBR pile in May!
March Reading Wrap Up
As promised, I kind of picked up a little heavier books this month but instead of reading the first two Stormlight Archive books by Brandon Sanderson, I read just the first one. Then I picked up lighter books, more tearful books and definitely a little less serious books at the end of the month. All in all, despite my plans to go all out and read only big books this month, I still went for the light reading and therefore managed to finish six books in total.
February Reading Wrap Up
Behold, another successful reading month has passed and I’m now ready to pick up heavier reads in March because I’m ahead of schedule! Meaning, I’m on track to read 60 books in 2016 (oh yeah!). So, anyways, in the month of February, I finished seven books in total: one was a quick read, one a re-read, and one a little heavier read among the much lighter books I picked up this month.
